Insert nozzle of Allergy Relief into each nostril and pump 2−3 times. Remember to wipe nozzle clean after each use. Can be used as needed, however, when used 3 times a day it strengthens the nasal membranes and protects against pollens and irritants.

In VERY rare cases as the nasal membranes begin to heal some side effects could occur (headache, irritating, …) Again, this is very rare but could occur. Should this happen, take a day or two off, reduce dosage, and work your way back up slowly.
